Keto Crack Chicken

Ingredients
  • one tsp salt
  • one tsp dill weed
  • one tsp garlic powder
  • one tsp onion powder
  • one cup bacon crumbles
  • two scallions finely sliced
  • two lbs raw chicken tenders
  • eight oz mozzarella cheese
  • eight oz cream cheese softened

Instructions
  1. Preheat the oven to 400. 
  2. Spray a large casserole dish with cooking spray.
  3. Put the chicken tenders in the prepared baking dish.
  4. Mix together the cream cheese, half the mozzarella, half the scallions, half the bacon, and the seasonings. 
  5. Spread on top of the chicken. 
  6. Sprinkle on the remaining cheese, scallions, and bacon.
  7. Bake for 30 minutes or until the chicken is 160 degrees.
  8. Enjoy!
