Ham and Cheese Sliders Breakfast


INGREDIENTS:

  • 3/4 cup melted butter/margarine
  • 1 1/2 T Dijon mustard
  • 1 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 1/2 T poppy seeds
  • 1 T minced onion
  • 24 slider rolls
  • 1 lb thinly sliced cooked honey ham
  • 1 lb thinly sliced Swiss cheese

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.  Spray a 13″x 9″ pan with cooking spray. 
  2. In a bowl, mix together butter, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and onion. 
  3. Place the bottom pieces of each roll into the prepared baking dish.
  4. Layer about half the ham onto the rolls followed by the Swiss cheese over the ham, and top with a layer of the remaining ham. 
  5. Place the tops of the rolls onto the sandwiches. 
  6. Pour the mixture evenly over the rolls. 
  7. Bake until the rolls are lightly browned and the cheese has melted, about 20 minutes. 
  8. Slice into individual rolls through the ham and cheese layers to serve.
  9. Enjoy!
